These roles include working closely with several clients a day to provide in-home care and community support and/or group work. These roles may suit individual who have a genuine desire to make a difference to our client’s lives.

Suitable applicants should be reliable and have some flexibility to work a variety of shift times, have strong command of English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in these roles is preferred, but those with less experience but prepared to obtain qualifications are encouraged to apply as well.

You are passionate, empathetic individual who is looking to make an invaluable positive impact on the lives of others. You are calm collective and resilient and enjoy the challenge of working to improve the daily lives of others. You can work independently and follow directions and you had a commitment to care, are reliable and can apply person-centered approach to your work.
We are always looking for the right people to join us. People who can focus on beneficial support with purpose to providing a safe flexible supportive client centred. These roles may include working closely with several clients throughout the day to provide in home care and community support. Applicants to have a strong command of English and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications and experience preferred ( but not essential if you are prepared to obtain).

- Disability care worker
- Disability support worker
- Mental health worker
- Peer mentors
- Cleaners
Position Requirements:
- Personal qualities mentioned above
- Cert III in Individual Support Disability, Age care, Mental Health, or Childcare (desired but not essential)
- Current open and valid driver’s license, Reliable registered car with comprehensive insurance
- Satisfactory police record check (completed within the last 12 months)
- NDIS worker screening check
- Working with children check
- Current first aid certificate (or prepared to obtain)
- Manual handling training would be desired but not essential
- Evidence of Full COVID vaccination or valid medical exceptions
- Covid training
- NDIS module training before start
